What we build

Imaging suites built into existing medical office buildings, with phasing for occupied facilities.
MoreGround-up construction
Standalone imaging centers, foundation through closeout — site work, MEP, finishes.
MoreEquipment install coordination
OEM install teams (Siemens, GE, Philips) sequenced with rigging, vault delivery, and MEP cutovers.
MoreWho we are
We are a specialty construction company focused on a single thing: transforming your imaging rooms to your specific needs. Imaging centers have unforgiving tolerances and real consequences for delays. At Zelem Construction, we have the experience, processes and expertise to transform your imaging center to the latest technology.
