What we build
Imaging-center construction, end to end. We're equally at home dropping a vault into an occupied medical office building or breaking ground on a standalone facility.
Tenant fit-out
Interior buildout
Building imaging suites inside existing medical office buildings — often in occupied facilities where other tenants and patients still have to use the corridors next door.
- ICRA-aware phasing for occupied buildings
- Minimal disruption to adjacent tenants and patient flow
- Coordination with landlord, property management, and EHS
Ground-up construction
New build
Standalone imaging centers from foundation through certificate of occupancy — site work, vertical construction, MEP, finishes, equipment-room prep.
- Site selection support and entitlements coordination
- Self-perform or sub the trades that fit the project best
- Schedule-first thinking — equipment lead times drive the GANTT
Equipment install coordination
OEM coordination
Sequencing OEM install crews (Siemens, GE, Philips, and others) with the construction schedule — vault delivery, rigging, equipment-room readiness, MEP cutovers, calibration windows.
RF and lead shielding are delivered by specialist subcontractors we partner with — we coordinate; they install. We're honest about the line: end-to-end project ownership without pretending we self-perform a niche specialty.
How a project moves
-
Step 1
Discovery
Scope, site, budget, timeline. The honest version.
-
Step 2
Preconstruction
Drawings, permits, equipment alignment, hard pricing.
-
Step 3
Mobilization
Crews on site, owner-controlled materials lined up.
-
Step 4
Construction
Built to spec, on the schedule that equipment demands.
-
Step 5
Closeout
Equipment install, commissioning, punchlist, handover.
